Hijaz Hajj Umrah Ltd., a long-standing client and a close associate of Rongin Interior’s CEO, reached out because they wanted to transform their corporate office into a welcoming, elegant space that reflects their reputation as a leading Hajj & Umrah agency in Bangladesh.

What challenges did we face?

While designing the office for Hijaz Hajj Umrah Ltd., we needed to keep an Islamic theme inspired by Hajj and Umrah while giving the space a clean, modern corporate style. The layout had to include a warm reception, consultation rooms, and efficient work areas for staff. We also aimed to create a calm yet professional atmosphere using colors, lighting, and décor that reflected spiritual values. Another challenge was sourcing elegant, durable materials within budget and completing the project on time before the busy pilgrimage season.

Solutions provided:

We designed a modern office that maintains a tasteful Islamic feel. We created beautiful partitions using indoor plants, which brings a fresh and natural vibe to the space. The layout is well-organized, with separate areas for clients and staff. To complete the look, we used soothing lighting and a clean color scheme, creating a calm yet professional environment for everyone.
