While designing the office for Hijaz Hajj Umrah Ltd., we needed to keep an Islamic theme inspired by Hajj and Umrah while giving the space a clean, modern corporate style. To achieve this, we designed a modern office that maintains a tasteful Islamic feel. The layout had to include a warm reception, consultation rooms, and efficient work areas for staff, so we created a well-organized layout with separate areas for clients and staff. We also aimed to create a calm yet professional atmosphere using colors, lighting, and décor that reflected spiritual values, and to support this, we used soothing lighting and a clean color scheme. In addition, we created beautiful partitions using indoor plants, which brought a fresh and natural vibe to the space. Another challenge was sourcing elegant, durable materials within budget and completing the project on time before the busy pilgrimage season, while ensuring the overall environment remained calm, professional, and welcoming for everyone.
